Damages or Defects
While we make it a priority to inspect every item that leaves our store,
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No item will be returned without the tags attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom order placed on our website or at a show unless it is defective or damaged. NOTE: ALL PACKAGING MUST BE KEPT TO BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM FOR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING.
