Digitizing Production Shipping Returns

DIGITIZING-Before your logo or custom design can be stitched onto apparel it must be digitized.  Digitizing converts your artwork into a specialized file that my embroidery machines can read.  This file determines size, stitch placement and provides a stitch count for us to accurately price your order. The cost for digitizing varies from $25.00 and up depending on complexity and size of the design

Once your design is digitized, we use the information to provide you with the final cost estimate based on apparel choice and stitch count. $1.00 per $1000 stitches which is below industry standards.  

We keep your digitized design on file for future use but ultimately you own it. We will provide it to you at any time upon request.

Digitizing is a one time fee paid upfront. Any changes that are made after the design is finalized and approved will incur a small change fee

PRODUCTION-We are a husband and wife team.  We work diligently to get your order out in a timely manner depending on time of year and workload.  Extreme care and love are put into every single apparel piece that is created here.  Once you place your order I will reach out and let you know the time frame depending on current orders in.  We do limited rush orders each week for an additional $8.00.  If you are requesting a rush order please contact us first.  Normal turn around time is 2 week sometimes during busy times of the year could be upwards of 3 weeks. Communication is paramount to us and we will keep you informed.

SHIPPING-we offer flat rate shipping which means it is our choice which carrier we use.  We carefully pack each piece and provide you with tracking once your order has shipped.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE-We carefully look over every apparel piece for flaws or issues.  We take photos of each piece upon completion as well. If for some reason your order is damaged in shipment (this requires a claim to be filed with the carrier) If by some remote chance we miss damage or a flaw in the fabric we will replace the item with the exact same size, item, and design upon reciept of the damaged one returned to us.
